I was late by almost 24h. Got one reminder email, nothing aggressive. Support wasn’t super fast, but they didn’t cancel the win either.

Yeah, they’re not lightning fast. But once they replied, they fixed everything properly. Feels understaffed more than careless.

Same experience. Descriptions are technically correct, but sometimes very optimistic. Price still justified it for me though.
